kitchen table redo

This past week i decided to tackle the kitchen table. We bought it while in grad school in spokane,wa and have had it about 5 years. During those 5 years we have beat the crap out of it:) The kids have done all imaginable to this beauty and it was time for an update. I had black paint left from painting the fireplace mantle so we went with black. I like how it turned out and just need to go get some good sealant to protect it from more harm. It's so fun redoing things and making them totally different. Now i just need to find 2 more chairs to go with this to make 6 chairs. We need it.
