new job

Yesterday was Aaron's first day at his new job!!!!

He came home and was so excited to tell me about all the new things and the benefits and perks that come with the job. We went over our benefits and we are fully covered in both medical and dental. We will be setting up our 401K and a few other investment options that they offer. I just have to say that i'm so grateful to the Lord for this wonderful blessing. Aaron likes the staff and his supervisor is really nice. His supervisor told aaron that there is a training in the fall down in St. George that they pay for everything, so I think i'll be going down with him for the weekend. That will be a super nice get away, provided we can get grandma and aunts to babysit:) We love you guys!!!

Anyways, just grateful to be here and we might start looking for a place to live next week. That will be interesting and kind of scary (buying your first home). But we'll have to see what happens.

The kids have loved living here with grandma and grandpa and getting to see the aunts and uncles. They enjoy playing with them and staying up late! Maybe we'll work on that next week:)

Sounds like everything is great! Buying a house for the first time is a little nerve wracking, so just know that everything probably won't happen like you want it to! I'm so glad that Aaron likes his job and that you guys are happy!

Brandon is actually a licensed loan officer and he brokers out to all different kinds of lenders to find the best deal and rate, and he can do it all over the country. He can pre-qalify you if you want so you can see what your range is. That's where we started was to find out what we could afford as a monthly mortgage payment and then that determined our price range. If you have any questions though, let me know and I can give you his email or phone #. It's nice to have someone that knows what is going on when you don't so that you don't get taken advantage of! Sorry this is so long!
