This past weekend we went camping up logan canyon. I drove up thursday afternoon to get us a spot and wait for Aaron to get off work. Kaylee and I set up our tent all by ourselves:) WE considered it quite a feat since we have a ten man tent:) We roasted marshmallows and had hot dogs the first night and then the second night we did tin foil dinners and dutch oven peach cobbler. It was delicious!!! We also took the kids on a hike that they loved. I carried Lia in the front carrier and we walked and walked. We were trying to get to this spring, but after walking for an hour we decided we had had enough and turned around and came back. But the kids loved it and Bryce jumped off every rock he found.
Bryce just loved playing in this cold water:) They were playing and he kinda feel and grabbed on to Kaylee and then she fell in. She was not happy!It ended up raining both nights, but the second morning it continued to rain so we packed up a little early and headed home. We just love camping and Aaron was so glad he could come with us this time since he didn't get to go to Jackson.
here's my little puff ball again. She slept in this thing both nights and did wonderfully! She is now sleeping through the night about 10-6am. Not bad, considering none of my kids ever did that this early:)

you are so brave to go camping with a 2 month old. we are going to heber valley camp this weekend and i feel brave taking lexie, but they have a kitchen area, and a bathroom and cabins. You are very brave to do it in a tent. :)
you are such a trooper. i don't think i would go camping if we left the kids at gramma's :) and i can't believe lia is sleeping that long at night! i don't think my kids slept that long at a year...j/k :)
ya'll always do such fun things on the weekend. Lia looks so cute in her snow suit!!
